Mileage Charges
All service rates above include the first 10 miles from our base in Caro. Beyond that, mileage is calculated as follows:
First 10 Miles
$1.00 per mile

Beyond 10 Miles
$1.50 per mile
Additional mileage charge
Example: If you're 15 miles away, you'd pay the service rate + $7.50 in mileage ($5 for first 10 miles at $1/mi, plus $2.50 for 5 additional miles at $1.50/mi).

First 10 Miles
$1
per mile
From our dispatch point to your location, we charge a straightforward $1 per mile for the first 10 miles. No multipliers, no surprise fees.
Beyond 10 Miles
$1.50
per mile
For distances beyond 10 miles, the rate increases to $1.50 per mile. This reflects the additional time and fuel costs for longer responses.

5 Miles Away
5 miles × $1/mile = $5 mileage charge
Plus your service fee (lockout, jump start, etc.)
10 Miles Away
10 miles × $1/mile = $10 mileage charge
Plus your service fee (lockout, jump start, etc.)
15 Miles Away
(10 miles × $1/mile) + (5 miles × $1.50/mile) = $17.50 mileage charge
